A. User Enrolment Process

Receive Username and Temporary Password:
- After completing training and confirming competency, the HCF Support Team will provide you with a username and a temporary password.
- An invitation email will be sent to your registered email address. This email will contain your username and temporary password.

Complete the Enrolment Process:
- Follow the instructions in the invitation email to complete the enrolment process.
- If you encounter any issues during the enrolment process, please contact the HCF Support Team for assistance.
B. Web Application Login

Open Your Web Browser:
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.

Navigate to the Login Page:
- Go to the following URL: https://app-hcf.qode.healthcare/.

Enter Credentials:
- On the login page, enter your username and the temporary password provided by the HCF Support Team.

Create a New Password:
- Upon first login, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Note: Passwords cannot contain three consecutive numbers (e.g., 123 or 321).
- Confirm your new password.

Complete Login and Access TB Careplan:
- Once you have successfully created and confirmed your new password, you will be redirected to the TB Careplan home page.
- Ensure you create a password you can remember or save it somewhere safe.
Troubleshooting Login Issues

Incorrect Username or Password:
- Double-check the username and temporary password provided in the email. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces.

Password Creation Requirements:
- Remember, passwords cannot contain three consecutive numbers. Ensure your new password meets this criterion.
